Casa Costa Rica is the exclusive builder of the Oro Monte Resort Development Community. The company is owned and managed by Fred Hayden. Fred has been building homes in Costa Rica for over twenty years and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

We have been building homes in Costa Rica for more than twenty years and have a reputation that is second to none. Putting families in homes that meet the needs of individuals is what we do best. Your future home will be a part of you and therefore it is a part of us, and that is a responsibility we take seriously.
Not only is Fred a homeowner, but he is also the developer and lives onsite in the Oro Monte community. Originally from Canada, Fred is an Ex-Pat himself and has been coming to Costa Rica since 1999. He fell in love with the country and has made Costa Rica his home.

Even if you are out of the country we do our best to keep you informed by sending photos of the building process along with items for the home seeking your approval and/or suggested changes. Our goal is to have satisfied clients and referrals; we achieve this by making an extra effort in all aspects of construction from foundation to final finishes.
There is no substitute for both experience and a proven track record in home building in Costa Rica. Our easy-going attitude, attention to detail, and bilingual capabilities, all work to take the frustrations out of building homes in a foreign environment.
